the internet. you know what it is and you know what it does. How well it does it, is another matter. As of December 2009, there were 234 Million websites out there in cyberspace. Sadly, the vast majority are absolutely awful. And it's quite surprising how many of those awful sites belong to serious businesses and organisations.
